🌴 In Tampa, we saw an increase in new listings and active inventory. An increase in price reductions as well, but we are seeing more homes under contract. Many sellers are willing to negotiate and offer concessions and buyers are noticing. If you've been waiting to jump in - this could be a good time for you!
