Monday Market Update 🏠 📊 



📉 We are seeing the lowest interest rates we've seen in just about a year! 

🌴 In Tampa, we saw more new listings and about the same in terms of active inventory, although it increased slightly. With the slight drop in interest rates, we saw fewer price reductions and more homes go under contract. The buyers that are out there are starting to make moves.
